1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and sx999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the sx999 website located at sx999.cam and all associated services, content, features and functionality offered therein.

2Definitions

• "User" / "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform in any manner.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a User upon completing the registration process.

3.3 Excluded Persons

4Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

4.2 Account Security

You must not share your Account login details with any third party. Each User may hold only one Account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and will result in account termination.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, the Platform reserves the right to require satisfactory completion of KYC verification procedures. This may include submission of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being suspended pending verification.

5Terms of Use

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sx999 Platform:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC procedures.
• Registering more than one account per individual or household.
• Using the Platform to engage in money laundering, financial fraud or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users in casino or live games to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from Platform software.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs for financial gain rather than reporting them promptly to support.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform's services, infrastructure or other users' experience.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, account suspension or any other restriction imposed by the operator.

Any breach of the prohibitions set out in this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any balance, bonus or winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate. The operator's determination of prohibited conduct is final.

11Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images and other intellectual property made available on the sx999 Platform are the exclusive property of sx999 or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants or transfers any intellectual property rights to the User.

User-submitted content (where applicable) is granted to sx999 as a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform, subject to the Platform's Privacy Policy.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sx999, its operators, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, sx999 specifically accepts no liability for:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Losses arising from the interruption, suspension or discontinuation of Services.
• Losses arising from reliance on any content published on the Platform, including illustrative bonus examples or RTP figures.
• Losses arising from the user's failure to comply with applicable local law.
• Technical failures, data breaches or third-party service disruptions beyond the operator's reasonable control.

The Platform provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

13Amendments to These Terms

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary licence or registration, as specified in the operator's published regulatory information at the time of the dispute.

This provision does not override or displace any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the User's jurisdiction of residence. Users located in Pakistan should be aware that Pakistani courts and regulatory authorities may assert jurisdiction over matters relating to online gambling activities accessible from within Pakistan, independent of any contractual choice-of-law provision.
